Westralia Springs keeps in stock a large range of new 4WD springs for standard and heavy duty applications for models by Ford, Holden, Jeep, Landrover, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Suzuki, Toyota Hilux and Landcruiser. With so many companies selling aftermarket 4WD springs trying to source quality suspension products can be difficult. Westralia Spring Works is the sole W.A. authorised distributor for A.P.M. Springs; the largest auto component manufacturing group in Malaysia. While our APM springs are made overseas to ISO 9002 quality they are all designed locally by our experienced spring makers.

Westralia Spring Works designs our springs to give your 4WD increased ground clearance, improved stability and load carrying capacity. While APM products cater for stock lines and fast moving items, it is still more economical to make springs on site for one-off or low volume applications. With qualified spring makers on site Westralia Springs can hot reset client's existing leaf springs, supply new or custom manufacture.

Westralia Spring Works is also licensed to carry out G.V.M. (Gross Vehicle Mass) upgrades to various models of Landcruisers and Hi-lux.

Leaf Springs

Designed as up-rated, raised height from original equipment specifications in most applications
Manufactured from high quality steel for increased spring memory, in computer controlled furnace to ensure accurate tolerances
Shot peened, scragged & load tested for increased life and durability

Bushes

High density polyurethane bushes that feature internal & external grooving and chamfered edges that help to improve fitment and distribute grease evenly
Original equipment style rubber bushes also available for some applications

Shackles & Fixed end pins

Based on original equipment specification and designed for Australian conditions.
Galvanised & plated for increased protection against rust & corrosion
Machined and hardened
Most applications as greaseable

U Bolts

Powder coated finish to provide protection against rust and corrosion
High tensile, heat treated with rolled thread
All supplied with deep nuts & washers
Large range of u-bolt sizes kept as stock items however can custom manufacture if required - please download U-bolt order form from Truck suspension page
It is recommended to replace u-bolts when fitting new springs. Being a high tensile part, the pitch of the thread is stretched each time the bolt is tightened which can lead to loose deep nuts and breakages

Shock Absorbers & Steering Dampers

Raw4x4 developed using over 25 years experienceof shock absorber technology.
Double acting heavy duty, long travel shock absorbers. Internal bore sizes ranging from 35mm to 46mm
Specifically designed & valved to suit torsion, coil, multi-leaf and parabolic suspensions.
Raw4x4 uprated, big bore, twin tube steering damper will improve steering control & handling of vehicle
